A wonderful lady- great school mate. Excelled at LT- great resume. Acomplished nurse, freat wife to Marv, mother to 4 children and nurse. Great life- a life well lived. Heaven is brighter and earth a little dimmer. Rest in poeace.
Marv, so sorry to hear about Marilyn. From what Jim said, you had a wonderful life together. May your memories and the company of your children bring you some solice in your time if sadness.
I met Marilyn at the First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange when we were either in kindergarten or first grade. She claimed I taught her to knit in the church parking lot betwen services, but I don't remember! We have been good friends since then though lately through Christmas cards and rare phone conversations. Marilyn was smart, fun, dependable, and kind. I had no idea she had been ill. The moral of this story is to connect with your old friends before it's too late...Nancy
Marilyn was a pillar in our First Presbyterian Tuxis youth group, always calm, cool and on target. And she was a great friend in navigating our 4 years at LT. My heart goes out to Marv and their family members. Whatta lady!
So many positive comments about Marilyn and Marv. And they richly deserve all of them. I remember well when they started "dating" in 5th grade at Ogden school. They were the perfect couple from the beginning. Marv, we all pass on our best to you and are thinking of you and Marilyn.
